We had the pleasure to host Gabriela Brugger from Switzerland, in our artist's residence in Saida, from February 18 to February 25, 2019.
She made a fantastic work on "Phoinix" and "Murex":
"According to the legend, Hercules and his dog were walking on a Levantine beach, when the dog bit a sea snail.
The Murex snail dyed the animal's mouth and thus Tyrian purple was discovered."
Mrs. Brugger collaborated with different craftsmen in the old town of Saida, in order to achieve her artistic creation.
